These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Veltrix Technology LLC ("ForexCodes", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your use of forexcodes.com and our tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ForexCodes provides software and educational tools only — calculators, guides, indicator and strategy explainers, and verification tools that audit, fix, generate, and validate TradingView Pine Script for code correctness. Nothing on ForexCodes is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade or to use any strategy. We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or Commodity Trading Advisor. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
We make no representation that any strategy, indicator, script, or tool is or will be profitable. Our validation checks code correctness, not profitability. We do not run backtests. Any example or output is illustrative only; past results do not predict future performance. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of capital.
Our verification tools generate, transform, and analyse code using automated third-party AI models, and re-check that output with our deterministic validation engine. Output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your purpose. "Validated" means it passed our automated correctness checks — not that it is bug-free, will compile, will behave as you intend, or is fit for any purpose. You must independently review, test, and verify any code before using or trading it. You use all output at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
You agree not to: abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security (including bot protection); reverse engineer or copy the Service or our validation engine; resell or sublicense the Service; create multiple or fraudulent accounts to evade limits; or use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
Some features are free up to a limited number of uses; beyond that, a paid Pro subscription is required. Pro is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (currently US$29/month) through our payment processor, Stripe, and automatically renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused access, except where required by law. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. We may change pricing or plans prospectively with reasonable notice. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access.
You retain ownership of code and text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your submissions (including sending them to our AI and validation providers) solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the right to submit what you submit, and you are responsible for it.
The Service, including our validation engine, content, and branding, is owned by Veltrix Technology LLC and protected by law. Names of other products or platforms (e.g. TradingView, and others) belong to their respective owners; reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that the Service, its output, or any code will be accurate, complete, secure, available, or meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELTRIX TECHNOLOGY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, arising from or related to the Service or any code or output, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrix Technology LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. You may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
