ForexCodes is operated by Veltrix Technology LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
• Account & identity — when you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address and basic profile from that provider. • Usage data — counts of your tool usage (tied to your account, normalised email, or IP) to enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse. • Billing data — if you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details; we never receive or store your full card number. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. • Code and text you submit — the Pine Script or descriptions you paste into our tools, processed to produce your result. • Technical data — IP address and a bot-protection token (Cloudflare Turnstile) to keep the Service secure. • Browser storage — a theme preference and a free-run counter, plus authentication cookies to keep you signed in. The calculators run in your browser — values you type into them are not sent to us.
To provide and operate the Service, sign you in, run the tools you request, enforce usage limits and prevent abuse, process subscription payments, send you essential transactional emails (such as a welcome or cancellation notice), and to maintain security and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing you did not request.
Code and text you submit to the verification tools are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your report, fix, or script. We use providers under terms that do not permit using your inputs to train their models. We do not sell your submissions and we do not publish them.
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to deliver the Service: Supabase (authentication & database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments & subscriptions), Anthropic (AI processing of submitted code), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), Resend (transactional email), and Google / GitHub (optional sign-in).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@forexcodes.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK-GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined.
We keep your account and subscription data while your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, and delete it on request. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; by using the Service you understand your data may be transferred and processed there.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
